I’m Yann. I started minimal design over a decade ago and hand-coded dozens of websites for small businesses back when that was the only way to do it right. Then a fast-growing startup hired me in-house, and for ten years I designed and built at a scale most agencies never see.
Now I’ve restarted the studio, trading hand-written code for Webflow: all the craft, a fraction of the timeline, and a site you can edit yourself.

Where are your client results?
Honest answer: my client work is either a decade old or locked inside a startup I served in-house for ten years. Rather than show you a museum, I built three complete concept sites with my reasoning documented, so you can judge my current craft directly. Add a fixed-price contract, weekly preview links, and relaunch pricing, and the risk sits with me, not you.
Why Webflow?
I hand-coded sites for years, so I know exactly what Webflow replaces. It gives you agency-grade design without agency-grade maintenance: no plugins to update, fast secure hosting, and you can edit text and images yourself. I specialize in one platform so I can be excellent at it, not mediocre at five.
How long will it take?
Launch sites: about 2 weeks. Business sites: 4-5 weeks. The clock starts when I have your content, and I’ll give you a simple checklist so that’s painless.
Do you write the copy?
I’ll shape and edit what you have: structure, headlines, calls to action. Full copywriting from scratch is available as an add-on.
What do you need from me?
About 2-3 hours total: one kickoff conversation, content gathering with my checklist, and feedback at two checkpoints. I handle the rest.
Who owns the site?
You do. The Webflow account, domain, and design are yours from day one. If we part ways, everything comes with you.
What happens after launch?
A recorded walkthrough of your site, 30 days of free fixes, and then it’s your call: a care plan if you want a partner, or full independence if you don’t. No lock-in either way.
